When you arrive in Denver, you will receive a text message from your driver, instructing you to collect your luggage and then call or text your driver when you are ready to be picked up. At the Denver Airport, our drivers will always be on the bag claim level (level 5) in lane #2 (marked limo). At the Eagle Airport, your driver will greet you with a welcome sign as you enter the main terminal.
Yes, all trips from the airport include one stop up to half an hour, in addition to any restroom or comfort stops. We recommend ordering groceries ahead for pickup. Please ask a reservations agent for recommended stores.
We are based in the mountain resort areas, so our drivers will always be at your hotel or condo on time for your return trip to the airport, not stuck on the wrong side of the pass. Extended closures of I-70 are actually quite rare. In the event this does occur, our staff will work with you to make appropriate decisions about what to do next.
Our reservation specialists will be able to recommend a pickup time that should get you to the airport on time. On certain weekends, holidays, or in the event of inclement weather, this may be several hours before your flight. Our ability to change your pickup time on short notice may be limited.
Most guests traveling to Breckenridge fly in and out of the Denver Airport. DEN has direct flights from 100 cities across the country and internationally, and all major airlines serve it. Some guests will choose to fly into the Eagle Airport instead. Eagle is a much smaller airport and has fewer direct flights, but it is about 30 minutes closer to Breckenridge. A third option is the Colorado Springs Airport. Southwest Airlines now has several direct flights from major hubs around the country, and drive time is similar to Denver.
No. We aim to provide every passenger with the best experience, so we don’t allow smoking inside our vehicles.
